Location: Griffintown Canal Area

Base Salary: $30,000 to $50,000 + 10% Commission.

Sell Technology solutions for Retail Store / Music and Sports Events / Banking / Face-to-Face Sales / Fundraising / Telecommunications Sign-ups / Campaigns

Produce sales documentation and presentation materials.

Background in software knowledge and someone who has experience in online marketing would be a plus

Previous experience selling on google adwords, social media etc

Gathering information on assigned clients (e.g. company size, needs and pricing plans)

Contacting clients to understand their requirements and work on a sales pla

Providing after-sales support to retain customers

Provide after-sales support to retain customers

Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries

Build strong client relationships, through regular communication

Suggest company products/services that maximize client satisfaction

Communicate product and pricing details clearly

Promote new products/services to existing customers

You have proven work experience as a Junior Account Manager or relevant sales role

Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)

Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience

Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
