The VP of Finance is an important strategic resource to the company reporting directly to the Company President.

This role will manage finance and accounting providing information, primarily financial in nature, about all company activities that will assist the Ownership team and other users in making educated economic decisions about the company's projects.

Our ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Experience working with a privately owned boutique real estate/property management firm
  • Experience partnering with and/or reports into company owner(s)
  • Can be both Strategic and Tactical
  • Should have experience refinancing a mortgage end to end (underwriting, banking and attorney relationships)
  • Preparation of annual tax financial reporting
  • Review all financial information for adherence to established job cost budgets and report any fluctuations or deviations
  • Resolve vendor payment issues and conflicts

Education:

Bachelor's (Required) - ideally a MBA or CPA
