Processing of sales and purchase contracts

Act as liaison between supplier and customer to coordinate shipment schedules, provide clear instructions to ensure customer and contract requirements are met

Review of logistic schedules and shipping documents to ensure accuracy and on time deliveries

Logistics coordination

Monitoring of customer contract and inventory balances providing regular updates

Daily validation of each supply chain process

Assist in researching AP and AR discrepancies

Sales budget update inputs

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university
  • Preferably 2 years related Sales coordinator experience in the food and/or beverage industry
  • Fluently Bilingual
