Tasks :

  • Coordinate & support all sales tools for the Fashion brands distributors
  • Support Asia & Europe Sales Reps & Distributors
  • Coordinate all salesman samples
  • Plan and coordinate all the needs for trade shows
  • Plan and coordinate all the needs for open house
  • Seasonal calendars for Global (coordinate with all reps/distributors)
  • Keep track of expense budgets
  • Brand line sheets, catalogues

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years in a similar role for a fashion company
  • Organized, able to work autonomously
  • Fluently Bilingual
  • Passion for fashion
  • Able to work overtime during peak seasons
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Required experience: Sales Coordinator - Fashion Industry: 3 years
  • Required language: Fluent French + English
