Our client, a VSL based importer of clothing for men, women and kids is looking for an experienced accounts receivable/chargeback technician.

Well-known Montreal based international designer, importer and distributor of Mens, Womens, Boys and Girls Apparel is seeking an experienced Accounts receivable / collection technician.

Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager

High volume, fast-paced creative environment
 
Bank Reporting

-DLR & BBC

-Daily Sales

-Deposits

-Accounts Receivable ATB

-Weekly and Monthly Reporting

Cash receipts and charge backs from Major US clients

Prepare any and all US charge backs deducted from checks for approval

Review any items which may be disputed

Review customer web sites and print any claim sheets that are available on their sites

Monitor all deductions taken by customers Maintain clients files current; All other duties related to the position of AR Technician  

Criteria:

  • 3 years of accounting experience DEC or DEP in Accounting finance
  • Strong excel skills (intermediate)
  • Fluency in English with conversational French
  • Experience with Momentis is a plus
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills
