Job Description

The Team Member is responsible for helping in various departments of Nemaska Development Corporation (NDC) as required by operational needs. The incumbent must be flexible, adaptable, and capable of performing a variety of tasks to support daily operations.

The position involves working in multiple service areas, including the grocery store, hardware store, post office, hotel, gas station, and bank.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to different NDC departments as required;
  • Assist customers and provide customer service;
  • Perform cashier and payment transactions;
  • Participate in stocking and organizing merchandise;
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas;
  • Perform general operational and administrative duties as needed;
  • Follow company policies and procedures;
  • Work collaboratively with other team members.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience;
  • Customer service or retail experience is considered an asset;
  • Ability to work in different environments and adapt to changing needs;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Reliable and punctual;
  • Basic computer knowledge is considered an asset.

Working Conditions

  • Location: Nemaska
  • Salary: $20 per hour
  • Variable schedule that may include evenings and weekends;
