Finally, you will work in close cooperation with the engineering firms hired annually to oversee the work.

  • Working alongside the head of the department, coordinate major actions taken on the society's infrastructure network;
  • Working alongside the engineering department, help prepare invitations to tender for the awarding of construction contracts;
  • Examine studies conducted by consultants and transmit recommendations to the department head; validate the measures to be taken, and monitor their implementation;
  • Assist the director in preparing budgets, in addition to preparing periodical progress reports;
  • Analyze the budget management system and ensure it is maintained;
  • Assist the department head, in particular by supplying relevant information in the preparation of various reports, methods, or analytical grids and monitoring projects and/or works;
  • Take part in various committees related to the field of work, as well as all site meetings and formal talks (e.g. reviewing contracts with the engineering service);
  • Work closely with the society's partners;
  • Carry out any related tasks.
