Base Salary: $30,000 to $50,000 + 10% Commission.

Our client is looking for an efficient, experienced person to become a part of their team. Your duties will include:

  • Sell technology solutions for retail stores / Music and Sports Events / Banking / Face-to-Face Sales / Fundraising / Telecommunications Sign-ups / Campaigns 
  • Producing sales documentation and presentation materials
  • Gathering information on assigned clients (e.g. company size, needs and pricing plans)
  • Contacting clients to understand their requirements and work on a sales pla
  • Providing after-sales support to retain customers
  • Ensuring prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries
  • Building strong client relationships, through regular communication
  • Suggesting company products/services that maximize client satisfaction
  • Communicating product and pricing details clearly
  • Promoting new products/services to existing customers

Qualifications include:

  • You have proven work experience as a Junior Account Manager or relevant sales role
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience
  • Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships 
  • Background in software knowledge and someone who has experience in online marketing would be a plus
  • Previous experience selling on google adwords, social media etc.
