The senior sales associate is responsible for the ladies sales coordination, sales support and needs in order to meet & exceed sales budgets. This by ensuring customer/sales representatives satisfaction and by practicing clear communication/needs for all sales/order needs, this both internally/externally. The senior sales associate is to recommend product/service/strategies to improve customer/sales representative’s satisfaction and sales potential.

Duties & Responsibilities 

Data analysis:

Review all major accounts sales data on a weekly basis
Make recommendations based on analysis
Distributing sales report with observations, recommendations to the VP sales & CEO.
Point of contact for all sales representatives for branded and private label
Assisting all road reps with questions/inquiries.

Providing and communicating sales tools to sales force/representatives:
Send weekly Inventory reports to sales force (this needs to be done by brand to ensure correct brand inventory get communicate to the right reps)  
Salesman samples – distribution and tracking (log) for each rep
Showroom/In-House samples – ensure showroom is up to date with proper samples and in-stock samples Communicate all changes, modifications, delivery delays in a timely matter to all reps/team members Creating and managing all line sheets and order forms for each brand (drop box)
Responsible for order processing of all order entry for mini-majors and majors
Complete and coordinate customer worksheets
Review all orders and proper filing for each order/customer
Production Plans/Order log for each mini major/major to be completed
Obtain customer manuals/shipping guidelines.
Communicate with all responsible parties internally/externally.

Sending, coordinating all advertising samples/sales packages to customers:
Need to ensure pictures and log is kept
Communicate all order follow up/recap/sample information to customers following established guidelines/protocols

Sales Binder to be maintained:
Line sheets/orders sheets/inventory
Bi-weekly inventory update per brand outlining new updates/status to be sent to VP sales and Director sales
Update Budget/Forecast template weekly; communicate to VP sales and Director sales
Assist in trade show/road show preparation/attend trade shows as needed
Maintain schedule/calendar of all shows/key dates/market weeks
