Production Supervisor

The role of the Production Supervisor is to ensure that his team achieves all production objectives in compliance with quality requirements, delivery schedules and maintaining a harmonious and safe working environment. He plans, organizes and controls production activities and manages a team in accordance with company policies and strategies determined by management.

Specifically, the incumbent will be required to:

• Ensure that each operator and worker works optimally in accordance with their training, procedures, regulations and policies.
• Assign and supervise production tasks and employees according to the needs of the company, in the most efficient way possible.
• Document management and production activities (records and reports).
• Ensure and coordinate the training of production employees on their tasks.
• Intervene when an employee's performance is unsatisfactory and discipline if necessary.
• Continually seek to improve the efficiency of its sector.
• Any other related duties related to personnel management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma (DES)
• 3-5 years of experience
• Leadership
• Be independent.
• Good written and oral communication.
• Good problem-solving ability.

• Be reliable and punctual.
