Press brake Operator

At Aesus we design, fabricate, assemble, test and install packaging machinery (labelers, fillers, cappers, conveyors, turntables, etc.) for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and beverage industries to name a few.  The company brings together a dynamic team of 100 employees and is located in Pointe-Claire (Montreal).

We are seeking a Press brake Operator.

Main objective:

Under the supervision of the Machine shop Manager, the person will be responsible of programming and operating the press brake machine. He will need to read and interpret the technical drawings in order to bend, mostly stainless steel and aluminum sheets to make parts.

Requirements :

• Professional diploma (DEP) in precision sheet metal work or relevant degree;
• Experience working on press brake (a few years an asset). We are also open to welcome a graduate with less experience, a training will be provided;
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings;
• Able to work accurately;
• Detail oriented;
• Able to work under pressure;
• Press brake hydraulic: Durma AD-R 37175, contrôleur Cybelec DNC 88OS

Work conditions :

• Full time, permanent position (40 hours/week);
• Day shift (7-3:30, but flexible). Possibility of a summer schedule;
