Manage multiple teams of 40+ engineers and contractors
Provide your expertise in technical design, programming, debugging, and optimization
Supervises and participates in all aspects of technical projects
Allocates resources, recommends solutions and approves schedules for programming team
Oversees and manages work of Programming Leads and their teams
Ensures code review process is consistent
Provides expertise in design, programming, debugging, optimization
Provide recommendations that assist with achieving business goals
Offers exceptional analysis and problem-solving skills
Creates, or supervises the development of tools for team to utilize
Work with product management and design to define product roadmap
Guide decisions on architecture and technical strategy
Keep abreast of industry trends and technologies and apply them quickly
Technical experience with iOS, Android, Facebook designing and consuming RESTful API
Multi-platform development experience is a must have, the more the better
Demonstrated ability to hire, develop and retain top technical talent
Fluent in good architecture design
Agile Development experience
Excellent communication skills in both English and French
