Salary: $55,000

Assist the company in coordinating with suppliers

Optimize its import strategies

Ensure timely product distribution

Previous experience in import/export activities with licensed products

Ensure overall compliance with product importing activities, including logistics duties

Propose improvements to the existing import planning and delivery system

Place and process orders and ensure successful submission and order receipt by exporting companies

Ensure smooth customs and delivery operations as well as timely distribution to the chain stores and customers

Communicate & coordinate with accounting department to ensure proper auditing and timely payment of service invoices

Coordinate all shipment/tracking activities

Ensure seamless operations and report any backlogs or delays in product delivery

Oversee and coordinate work activities of shipping/receiving and purchasing

Resolve any arising issues with customers related to product delivery and distribution;

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Post-secondary education and experience in a related industry such as Supply Chain Management, Import/Export Trade or International Business Trade would be an asset,
