Junior Bilingual Technical Support Analyst (Chabanel area)

This position involves frequent phone and email interactions and requires technical knowledge and the highest level of customer service skills. You must be able to troubleshoot and identify problems then provide resolution or escalation as necessary to ensure that processing efficiency and user satisfaction are maintained.

Qualfications:

• You have 2 years of work experience in IT Support
• Micro Focus (Novell) knowledge is an asset.
• Desktop operating systems (Windows and Mac)
• Background in supporting Adobe Products (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Flexibility to work any shift, on-call schedules, after-hours support or other time frames as needed or requested by management
• Be passionate about IT, energetic, a people's person, focus driven, and eager to explore and learn new technologies.
• Exceptional customer service skills with colleagues and clients.
• Direct experience supporting clients as a primary contact or lead using phone and/or email
• Strong interpersonal skills and an effective team player

Duties include:

• Network troubleshooting
• Providing the first line of technical assistance to the internal employees Natural problem solver with a positive attitude and helpful spirit
• Organize and maintain the designated email Inbox and support requests and incoming issues in a timely fashion
• Being a team player committed to providing highly reliable service and strong technical expertise to our customers.
• Troubleshoot technical issues while providing outstanding customer experience
• Support the roll-out of new technologies & applications, updates to existing software or other infrastructure changes.
• Troubleshoots and resolves computer networking, telecommunications, hardware and software issues.
