Our client (Social Games Industry Leader) is recruiting for an experienced Data Scientist / Machine Learning Specialist for their Downtown Montreal Studio.

  • Provide Quantitative Analysis
  • Analyze Player data
  • Develop new insights and analyses
  • Develop algorithms and predictive models
  • Work closely with Designers & Product Managers
  • Use Tableau to build dashboards
  • Collaborate with Games team
  • Devise and run A/B tests

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
  • Masters or PhD preferred
  • 3+ years experience as a data scientist or related quantitative role,
  • High proficiency with SQL
  • Understanding of statistical analysis and familiarity with core statistical functions.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Passion for aggressively finding opportunity in data
  • Passion for gaming
  • Experience with Tableau
  • Experience with Python
  • Experience with statistical packages such as R or SAS.
  • Predictive analytics or machine learning experience is essential
