Monitor, track, and communicate the progress of inbound shipments

Ensure efficient and timely updates

Approve daily ocean discrepancies 

Troubleshoot any delays related to inbound shipments to ensure quick resolution

Communicate shipment delays to production and customer service

Analysis inbound shipping options and costs related to hot shipments

Daily follow-up with service providers regarding shipment status

Enter, update, and maintain shipments 

Investigate and resolve receiving issues with receiving team

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and timely receipt of finished goods

Prepare and publish daily and weekly reports 

Identify and implement internal process improvements to maximize service

Must have:

  • 2-4 years min. experience in apparel industry
  • Understanding of production cycle
  • Communication skills
  • Knowledgeable with garment testing and CDA/USA regulations 
  • Creative problem solving skills
  • Organized
  • Good team cooperation, team player
  • Able to work in a fast past environment
  • Able to Multi-Task
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft, Illustrator)
  • English an asset
