Our customer has been growing steadily in the last five years and has established themselves as market leaders in online sales for their commodity.  Selling all over North America, their branded product is present in most of our households.  This company has come to the realization that they need to invest in their E-Commerce dept. in order to continue their aggressive growth. This is why we have been mandated to help them structure their department.

With sales exceeding 60M online they are looking for highly analytical E-Commerce Analyst.  Your job will help ensure e-commerce data integrity ( Specs, descriptions, photography, pricing etc) on all customers platforms and in the data warehouse. You will set up new items, modify and change existing items, monitor and revise customer status in data warehouse.

Work closely with latest VoC software to ensure constant monitoring of reviews and report to internal departments all findings.

Interpret behavioral buying trends and report on findings

Compile SEO data from search engines and maintain search term bank and provide guidance to e-commerce team.

If you are highly analytical, have the capacity to investigate, have a passion for data and the ability to consolidate information and report on findings,  work with Excel in an intermediate to advanced capacity and have strong e-commerce understanding this might be a great company to join.
