Permanent Production Supervisor position at night (3 days of 12 hours)

The production supervisor will be responsible for planning, supervising, managing and coordinating all production activities in order to achieve daily objectives.

Ensure quality and quantity of raw materials

Ensure compliance at all times with standards (certifications) such as: HACCP, GFS;

Ensure maximum presence on the floor, observe, initiate and collaborate in continuous improvement of operations

Manage staff: Absences, discipline, performance evaluation, skills development of employees, etc.

Investigate and analyze accidents and incidents.

Train staff

Work closely with the various departments such as QC, maintenance to maximize the efficiency of equipment

Balance inventory

Finished products and raw materials

Plan staff schedules

Approve hours worked on the punch system

Production reports

Manage the labor budget

Qualifications:

DEC in mechanical engineering or DEP in electromechanics

Minimum 3 years experience in production team management in a Manufacturing Environment

Available at night.
