Duties include:

  • Perform accurate and timely monthly closings, reconciliations, budget reparations, year-end estimates, cash flow analysis, and tracking of capital expenditures.
  • Onsite accounting and finance activities
  • Monitor Accounts Receivable
  • Profit and Loss
  • Ensure that the customer credit stays within the established terms and limits.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of any important tax related information
  • Accounting system in Quick-books
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Organized
  • Detail-oriented

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years+ of Accounting experience in a Manufacturing environment - ideally Dairy Industry
  • Fully Bilingual
  • Quick-books experience
