Implement new software and management system

Day to day HR duties

Manage the recruitment/selection process, internal promotions, job classification, performance evaluations and employee relations according to policies and principles.

Discover new ways of attracting and retaining top talent.

Manage processing of terminations, conduct exit interviews.

Promote a positive culture and employee engagement.

Administer training and development programs for employees and managers.

Oversee adequate orientation and training within the organization.

Administer and educate employees of benefits and maintain a sustainable relationship with insurance providers.

Answer all employee questions regarding healthcare and wellness plans.

Handle all employee concerns; investigate employee concerns and questions ensuring all concerns are followed through from beginning to end.

Qualifications

  • 5 years’ experience in a Human Resources/Administration Manager role
  • CHRP designation, an asset
  • Perfectly bilingual, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to deal with many competing demands and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and tact when dealing with sensitive situations and know when to escalate issues.
