Bilingual E-Commerce Customer Service Representative (CSR)
ChequesPlus.com is a fast growing online retailer specializing in the printing and production of both business and personal cheques.
We are currently looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a full time position.
As a Customer Service Representative for ChequesPlus.com you will interface with our customers to identify what they are looking for so that you can recommend the best products, you will assist customers in placing orders on our website, as well as taking orders over the phone, handling customer emails and complaints
Responsibilities and Duties
- Attention to detail in order to promote positive customer interactions
- Deliver great customer experience
- Respond to Customers inquiries by phone and email
- Ensure proper handling and routing of customer requests.
- Demonstrate advanced product knowledge and the ability to solve customer issues.
- Dealing with all issues that arise from customers (complaints, grievances etc)
- Documents customer problems and inputs in ticketing system
- Perform necessary follow-up to ensure customer service expectations are met
- Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in customer service
- Good technical proficiency with computers and email software
- Capacity to work independently and seek out assistance as required
- Bilingual; strong oral & written communication skills
- Intuit Quickbooks experience is an asset
- Opportunity to build your customer service skills

40 hours a week. You must be available to work 9am-5pm Monday to Friday Hourly rate: BOE, TBD
