Work with a team in the Warehouse

Entering orders and invoicing in Accpac

Follow-up on back orders

Follow-up on parts quotes

Follow-up on all work orders

Build & develop solid relationships

Ability to manage constantly changing priorities

Qualifications

3 years+ in a customer service role

Excellent written and oral skills in both English and French.

Exceptional customer service skills and orientation

Strong communication skills (oral), listening skills, ability to ask questions.

Independent decision-making, problem solving and analytical skills

Takes initiative and is driven to help the overall organization succeed

Strong understanding

Ability to communicate clearly & set expectations

Time management skills

Ability to maintain composure under stressful situations

You are reliable, responsible, and dependable

Salary: $32,000 to $35,000

37.5 hrs a week 8:30am to 5:00pm

2 weeks vacation

5 sick days

Bilingual

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00 /year
