Accounts Receivables Clerk
                            
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Set-up new employees for payroll, and process company benefit applications;
 - Process weekly payroll;
 - Answer employee questions regarding payroll and benefits;
 - Process Cash Receipts and Credit Card Payments;
 - Process bank deposits;
 - Monthly Progress Billing/Invoicing;
 - Clearing credit applications;
 - Prepare Statements in a timely and accurate manner;
 - Reconcile customer accounts, ensuring prompt resolution of discrepancies and inquiries.
 
Basic Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position;
 - College degree in accounting or administration;
 - Fluently bilingual in French and English, written and spoken;
 - Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook);
 - Good knowledge of Sage ACCPAC an asset;
 - Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work;
 - Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills.
