What would a typical day look like? As an online and phone order clerk, you will be required to : provide outstanding customer service at all times; receive and enter telephone orders, ensure that orders are properly assembled using the various tools at your disposal, while respecting the cold chain

The analyst will also play a role in maintaining and improving order-taking and order-tracking tools. Configure the order management system. Manage and monitor certain exercises that impact orders.

Prepare orders using QR codes - Validate quantities and products and ensure they comply with established standards and regulations - Wrap pallets - Load/operate a forklift and pallet truck - Participate in physical inventory counts - Perform other material handling duties, such as counting, weighing

Keep the yard clean and safe by picking up packaging, securing lumber piles and cleaning up debris Verify the accuracy of orders against the delivery slip Have a strong knowledge of construction materials Assist with warehouse maintenance, including product packaging, restocking and cleaning Support

Ensure orders are accurate and complete.

Prepare orders for regular items, according to established standards, located in their respective sections, using the "voice-picking" device. Experience in order fulfillment, an asset. Experience in operating an order picker.
