Brief job description

• Manage projects that require the implementation of best project management practices.
• Coordinate the progress of various major projects with members of project teams.
• Ensure strict monitoring of projects and establish monitoring indicators.
• Ensure communication between different departments and between corporate actors.
• Coordinate, in addition to major projects, other projects such as:
  • Development of new products;
  • Transfers to the industrial sites of subcontractors;
  • Technical Project Management.

As part of these projects, the specialist in special projects must:

• Ensure achievement of project objectives in terms of time, cost and deliverables.
• Define for a given project the necessary expertise, building and managing of their team.
• Coordinate activities to facilitate and lead the implementation of the project in the future.
• Support all the project contributors and communicate the necessary information.
• Deliver an adequate reporting to the various stakeholders committees.

Basic requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or similar scientific degree and significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Successful implementation experience of the following type of large-scale projects.
• Technical project management with a major IT component.
• Industrialization of new products.
• Marketing / product transfer.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical environment (GMP) and regulatory (US / Canada).
• 5 years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in MS Project and / or equivalent tools for project management.
• Organizational skills, rigor and professionalism.
• Good interpersonal communication and ability to explain complex concepts.
• PMP certification will be considered an asset.
• Bilingualism (spoken and written).
• Availability for occasional international travel (15%).
