Office Project Manager (PMO) Industrial Development, CDI – Day
                            
Description
- Identify, measure and report performance indicators on project portfolios.
 - Establishing budgets and updating budgetary trends accurately by working closely with project managers and the head DI.
 - Track and report updates of each project.
 - Perform a detailed progress report on the group's activities.
 - Set up multi-locational meetings.
 - Manage the communication for projects conducted by the DI on the Baie d'Urfé site (periodic meeting with all stakeholders).
 - Monitor the time spent on projects for each department and provide training to newcomers.
 - Propose improvements to the project management processes, tools, and reports to increase the effectiveness of the group.
 - Strengthen project methodology of the DI team in accordance with the practices and M&TO rules.
 - Primary link between the US subsidiary and the M & TO Corporate (Lausanne) for project methodology, progress reports and budget / fiscal trends.
 
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related science.
 - 8-10 years of project management experience.
 - Experience in monitoring and keeping a budget.
 - Demonstrated experience in developing performance indicators in project mode.
 - Experience in the development or implementation of a project-based structure.
 - Experience in the pharmaceutical and / or cosmetic (asset).
 - Strong ability and organizational sense.
 - PMP certification.
 - Bilingualism in spoken and written.
