IT Operations Supervisor

Job Description:

• The IT operations supervisor is responsible for ensuring, through its team, to provide good;
• user support at the level of application availability and integrity of their data;

• Establish a DRP (recovery plan in case of computer disaster).

Basic requirements:

• Bachelor in Computer Science;
• 6 to 8 years in technical support and management systems, primarily Microsoft technologies, in an international environment;
• Team Supervisory Experience;
• High availability to support applications (7/7, 24/24);
• Certifications MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Engineer) an asset;
• Skill with rapid technology changes;
• Relevant experience in the management of specialized applications (POMS, ChemStation, InTouch), and good knowledge of ITIL;
• Compliance with quality standards imposed (FDA, cGMP or otherwise);
• Easily manage multiple parallel projects;
• Perfectly bilingual.
