IT Analyst
                            
Our client is a construction firm with a portfolio of various commercial/industrial buildings. Since over 50 years of operations, they are a true leader within their industry. Presently, they are fully recruiting for an IT Analyst.
SUMMARY
The IT Analyst is primarily responsible to provide front-line help desk support. This includes on-site support, phone support, as well as remote support and support for remote offices.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Support and maintain cellular phones as well as the management agents and apps installed on them;
 - Support client’s employees with their technology needs;
 - Packing and shipping equipment;
 - Calling vendor or manufacturer support for troubleshooting;
 - Receive inventory;
 - Support and maintain office equipment, such as desktops, printers, laptops, monitors,
 - desk phones;
 - Support and maintain our clients internal address lists;
 - Execute employee lifecycle tasks, including onboarding, offboarding, upgrades for
 - accounts, equipment, and data;
 - Manage VPN connectivity;
 - Works with incident system to log and review tickets, take ownership of issues, and
 - follow them until their completion;
 - Creates, updates, and maintains proper documentation and inventory;
 - Works with the team to create, maintain, and modify procedures.
 
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years’ experience;
 - Strong communication skills, oral and written;
 - Bilingual (French and English);
 - Knowledge of department-size printers, Xerox a plus;
 - Experience with and knowledge of Android phones, preferably Samsung;
 - Experience with and knowledge of Windows 7 (or newer), Windows Server, Active
 - Directory, and Exchange.
