Cleaning Supervisor - Moncton

The supervisor will be responsible for the supervision of the work team on multiple sites. 

OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Main responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate, and evaluate all activities related to the cleaning and operations in the area to ensure that our customers receive the services meeting our company standards;
• Participate in the recruitment, management, development and training of employees and subcontractors;
• Coordinate quality inspections of the work performed by the cleaning technicians and  ensure compliance with regulations on health and safety, and company policies;
• The operations supervisor’s activities must respect the budget in order to maintain and even improve area performance;
• Make frequent trips between clients;
• Perform cleaning tasks if needed;
• Other related tasks.

Requirements

• Staff management experience ;
• Commercial cleaning experience (strip and wax);
• Valid driver's license ;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize all while maintaining a high level of efficiency;
• Ability to handle pressure;
• Ability to work independently and on the road ;
• Deep commitment to the team, with an orientation towards solutions and added value ;
• Customer focus and ability to establish good interpersonal relationships ;
• Organized and autonomous;
•  Team player.
