City Dispatcher – evening shift #1842

Administrative tasks:

• Manage 15 to 25 drivers.
• Contact clients in case of delays and changing the schedule.
• Manage the delivery time for drivers and the appointments.
• Assign drivers for pick-ups and deliveries.
• Create movements in the dispatching system for all units.
• Chose the roads to take on a daily basis.
• Carry out any other similar task

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in dispatch.
• Knowledge of the Truckmate software (an asset).
• Bilingualism, necessary.
• Good knowledge of the Suite Office.
• Excellent knowledge of the city of Montreal.
• Access to a vehicle.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be organized, multi-skilled and a fast worker.
• Have good priority management.
• Be able to work in a team.

Salary: 50 000$ to 55 000$ per year according to experience

Schedule: Evening shift.

Status: Permanent.
