Founded in 1975 under the name Coulombe Assurances, the firm quickly established deep roots in the Québec City region based on a simple belief: people deserve insurance service that is honest, accessible, and truly caring.

In 2007, Philippe Coulombe, a mechanical engineer by training, took over the leadership of the company with only two employees. Under his direction, Telio Insurance experienced remarkable growth and became a leading brokerage firm in Québec, now employing more than 200 dedicated professionals.
