The Côte-Nord Early Childhood Centre Network (RCPECN) is a non-profit organization that brings together, supports, and represents early childhood centres (CPEs) and coordinating offices throughout the Côte-Nord region. Since 1989, it has served as a collective force to promote the development, collaboration, and long-term sustainability of early childhood educational services.

Rooted in the realities of the Côte-Nord region, including Anticosti Island and Indigenous communities, RCPECN supports its members by providing guidance, fostering collaboration, advocating on their behalf, and promoting careers in early childhood education. Its mission is to contribute to a compassionate, dynamic, and accessible educational network by placing the well-being, development, and success of children and families at the heart of its actions.
