The beginning of a great story
In 1989, the first Piazzetta restaurant opened its doors on Saint-Jean Street in Quebec City. Meaning "little square" in Italian, Piazzetta experienced unexpected success with its unique concept in the city: a thin-crust, square pizza. A year later, to meet growing demand, the founders opened a second location on Cartier Street.
A second wave of expansion
Growing from 14 to 20 restaurants, the chain attracted more and more investor groups. With a product of exceptional quality, the management team dedicated all their efforts to expanding the restaurant network. After a revamp of the Piazzetta concept, the results were immediate.
A Breath of Fresh Air While maintaining Piazzetta's core values of thin and refined pizza, the brand image has been updated and the concept revisited. Products inspired by various regions of the world have been added to the menu with a section entitled "Discoveries," which has once again sparked customer enthusiasm.
As the years go by, Piazzetta remains true to its primary mission: to provide its customers with an exceptional experience, offering original, flavorful, and high-quality dishes in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
