Field Sales Manager
Well established marketing company seeks a proven, experienced Sales Manager with minimum 5 years’ experience to manage field sales teams. The incumbent must have strong sales and training capabilities to lead by example.
Core Responsibilities:
- Recruit, develop, train and motive a team of commissioned sales agents.
- Monitor daily sales agent activities including performance, attendance and enforcement of all policies and procedures.
- Coach agents on all levels of selling skills.
- Provide daily reporting to senior management.
- Consistently meet personal sales goals and be onsite at all times.
Skill Summary:
- Minimum 5 years previous experience managing retail/field sales teams (20+ sales agents).
- Proven ability to reach and supersede sales quotas.
- Ability to build and motivate teams and increase productivity.
- Good organizational and leadership skills.
- Must be bilingual.
- Understanding of HR rules/regulations and best practices is an asset.
- Must have a flexible schedule, weekend hours are necessary.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle required.
