Well established marketing company seeks a proven, experienced Sales Manager with minimum 5 years’ experience to manage field sales teams.  The incumbent must have strong sales and training capabilities to lead by example.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, develop, train and motive a team of commissioned sales agents.
  • Monitor daily sales agent activities including performance, attendance and enforcement of all policies and procedures.
  • Coach agents on all levels of selling skills.
  • Provide daily reporting to senior management.
  • Consistently meet personal sales goals and be onsite at all times.

Skill Summary:

  • Minimum 5 years previous experience managing retail/field sales teams (20+ sales agents).
  • Proven ability to reach and supersede sales quotas.
  • Ability to build and motivate teams and increase productivity.
  • Good organizational and leadership skills.
  • Must be bilingual.
  • Understanding of HR rules/regulations and best practices is an asset.
  • Must have a flexible schedule, weekend hours are necessary.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle required.
