Our client, a distribution company is looking for a warehouse team leader for their day or evening shift.

Your main tasks consist of:

  • Creating and managing a team to ensure that product reception, storage and/or shipment are done well.
  • Planning resources on a daily basis to respect priorities and schedules.
  • Encourage and ensure that the processes are done in order to continue improving.
  • Fix inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensuring work health and safety standards.
  • Doing other tasks related to the position.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as team leader.
  • Good work ethic.
  • Positive attitude and manage multitasking.
  • Good analytical and planning abilities.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Good knowledge of warehouse software (WMS, Excel, SAP).

Salary: Based on experience

Schedule: Day, 7:30am to 3:30pm / Evening, 3:30pm to 11:30pm

Status: Permanent
