The tasks consist of:

• Receiving vendor stocks: unloading trucks, controlling documentation and physical allowances.
• Organizing the packaging executions (assemblies) and supervising the teams to make sure of standard quality and deadlines.
• Helping or doing order shipments according to the schedule made by the warehouse supervisor.
• Managing stock, physical counts, stock movements-analysis of variance and adjustments.
• Doing and ensuring the accuracy of transactions in SAGE 300, you will have to examine the differences and do the proper corrections.
• Other related tasks.

Requirements:

• Forklift license.
• Experience in managing a staff.
• Experimented in integrated management systems.
• Great knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Bilingualism (French/English).

Salary: Starting at 40 000$ per year, based on experience.

Schedule: Day, 8am to 5pm.
