We are actively looking for a training consultant to add to our on-the-field solutions consultant team in the Montreal area!

You think you can be the right fit for this company? What a great news because we are currently seeking  a training consultant at one of our client’s site! We are looking for a person who has good experience in customer service or in the industrial field, or in human resources.

The main tasks:

• Supervise our employees working at our clients’ facilities and accompany them in their advancement ;
• Optimizing the company’s visibility by developing partnerships with different clients’ representatives.
• Participating in the elaboration and implantation of different human resources projects related to productivity and employees services.
• Being the go-to person among employees to evaluate and answer needs regarding pay or staffing needs according to vacation and days off, and establish an action and coaching plan for productivity optimization.
• Assist management in disciplinary files and oversee the respect of all politics and procedures, as well as participate in employee evaluation meetings.
• Remaining available to train employees on order preparation and handling, and help out the team when needed (physical work, lifting up to 30lbs boxes).
• Perform employee evaluations according to performance, assiduity and attitude and identify improvement areas and advancement possibilities.
• Ensure all employees’ individual safety equipment is adequate and safe for work.
• All other related tasks.

Requirements:

• Completed high school diploma.
• Experience in the industrial area.
• Minimum of 12 months experience in personnel management as a senior team leader or warehouse supervisor (20 employees or more).
• Have access to a vehicle.
• Clean driver’s abstract – proof will be required during interview.
• Good knowledge of french language, english an asset.
• Knowledge of a third language – an asset.

Salary: Base salary + social benefits.

Horaire: Day shift.

Status: Permanent.
