The work essentially consists of:

• Being the resource person for the Law 430;
• Preparing and planning trainings to give drivers;
• Training and evaluating drivers;
• Creating training tools (if needed);
• Verifying verification reports before departures;
• Being up to date about all regulations involving transport;
• Other tasks required for the position.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a good communicator;
• Have learning abilities;
• Have good problem-solving and analyzing skills;
• Be able to adapt and simultaneously manage many files;
• Be independent and organized.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as a trainer.
• Be available for occasional moves to the Québec office.
• Have a training certificate from CFTR (an asset).
• Have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Excellent knowledge in the Highway Safety Codes, laws and regulations in the industry.

Salary: 58 000$ to 68 000$ based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule: Day / 40 hours per week.  

Status: Permanent
