Our client is looking for two technicians in building mechanics for their Downtown complex.

Under the supervision of the mechanical services leader, your tasks will include:

• Helping tenants.
• Maintenance programming the building management system (Metasys).
• Improving CVAC installations.
• Maintaining and repairing electromechanical devices.
• Preventive maintenance of CVAC products.
• Other tasks related to the position.

Requirements 

• Diploma of college studies in building mechanics or a technique in mechanic maintenance.
• Minimum 2 years of practical experience in building electro mechanics.
• Knowledge of the building control system Metasys – an asset.
• Able to use the appropriate equipment and measuring tools.
• Good bilingualism – especially oral.

Salary: 30$ to 35$ based on experience and qualifications

Schedule: Day / 40 hours per week.

Status: Permanent
