URGENT – We are looking for a candidate with staffing experience for an internationally known company for a position of 3 months starting as soon as possible. We have the job for you!

The job opening is for our client’s Montreal office. Quick, send us your CV immediately!

Administrative tasks:

• Undertake the staffing cycle.
• Receive requests from managers.
• Post job offers (on many sites, LinkedIn).
• Conduct on-the-phone interviews (in French and in English for the positions in Toronto).
• Conduct in-person interviews with the retained candidates.
• Open folders for new employees.
• Welcome new employees and make them sign the hiring documents.
• Present the retained profiles to the manager.
• All other related task required for the position.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Has to have recruited for many different positions (IT, engineering, industrial, administrative).
• Experience in a manufacturing field – an asset.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Be available to occasionally travel to Toronto.
• Bilingual – required (90% of the job will be in English).

Salary: 25$ to 40$ per hour, based on experience

Schedule: 8:30am to 5pm / Monday to Friday

Status: Temporary – 3 months
