Sit Down Forklift Operator – Evening # 1357

Our client is a specialized distribution center in Montreal and is actively looking for two (2) sit down forklift operators for their evening shift.

Main tasks:

• Ensure the reception, conformity and exactitude of the amount of orders and the condition of the merchandise.
• Ensure merchandise shipment so that they can be compliant with the orders.
• Safely load and unload trucks.
• Pick orders that precede shipment.
• Drive a forklift in order to move products in the warehouse.
• All other related tasks required by the position.

Requirements:

• Valid forklift license.
• Consciousness about health and safety at work.
• Autonomous and resourceful.
• Positive attitude.
• Assiduity and maturity.
• Able to do physically demanding work.
• Be comfortable driving a forklift.

Salary: 15$ per hour.

Schedule: Evening, from 1:30pm to 10pm or from 4pm to 10pm.

Status: Temporary with a possibility of long term.
