Our client is currently looking for someone responsible, methodological and structured to fill the position of scanning clerk for their evening shift.

Within the department of archives, you will participate in the filing of documents:

  • Understand the work to be done according to the plans.
  • Scan the documents according to the established norms.
  • Manipulate the cartons, move the folders, etc.
  • All other related tasks.

Required profile:

  • Able to work standing up for several hours.
  • Autonomous and methodological.
  • Comfortable working with a computer.
  • Able to work in a team and alone.

Requirements:

  • High school degree or related studies will be considered an asset.
  • Experience in archiving, scanning and data entry.
  • Available Monday to Friday.
  • Available one weekend out of two.

Salary: 13.50$ per hour

Schedule: Full time, 35 hours / Evening shift: 4 to midnight

Status: Temporary with a possibility of prolongation. Start right away.
