Sales & Support Agent (Junior)

We are currently recruiting for 10 FRENCH & ENGLISH speaking sales associates for the Montreal area.

Salary: 20$ / HOUR (12$/hour + Commissions)

Start Date: As Soon As Possible

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sale various computer support services to new and existing customers over the phone 
• Establish a personal relationship with customers & effectively answer relating questions 
• Respect & meet daily sales objectives minimum activity numbers 
• Possess an ability to quickly diagnose & fix problems in Windows or MAC systems 
• Constantly deliver excellent customer service to new & existing customers 

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Possess excellent sales techniques & skills ; 
• Possess excellent persuasion & negotiation skills; 
• Ability to carefully listen & understand customer needs ; 
• Ability to perform various task simultaneously; 
• Proven ability to work & perform under pressure (essential).

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 - 2 years of experience in sales (essential); 
• 1 - 2 years of experience in customer service; 
• Basic knowledge of computer related problems is an asset (Virus, programs, etc.); 
• Previous work experience in computer support roles (Asset) ; 
• Must have flexibility in working hours; 
• Studies in computer related fields as well as general experience in the field is an asset.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Associates work’s schedule is generally between 25 to 40 hours per week and is established based on an employee’s performance.

Working hours are from 02:00 am to 12:00 pm, Monday to Sunday.

• French speaking shift: 2 am - 15 pm (flexible) 
• English speaking shift: 7 am - 12 pm (flexible) 

COMPENSATION:

Compensation is a fixed salary of 12$ / hour with commissions ranging from 3 to 7 % of daily sales volume. Minimum sales goals are required on a daily basis.

TRANSPORTATION:

Our client is located in Montreal; at 4700 rue de la Savane, H4P 1T7.

• By car: The work location is accessible via the Décarie expressway, near the Orange Julep in Montreal.
• By public transport: The work location is located at a 5 minute walk from Namur metro, near the orange Julep in Montreal. 

ADVANCEMENT POSSIBILITIES:

Advancement possibilities are accessible for sales associates who display serious effort & skills in their roles. Possible roles include team leader, floor supervisor & other higher management functions. Initial & continuous on the job training is offered by the company.
