Tasks:

• Create and send letters and memos to representatives and clients.
• Update data bases.
• Fill out sales reports.
• Verify the exactitude of the information being transferred to representatives.
• Enter the codes of new products to the right department.
• Do other tasks related to the position.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Responsible and open to changes.
• Organized and take initiative.

Requirements:

• Experience in the food industry
• Excellent knowledge in the advanced functions of Excel (for example: pivot tables).
• Knowledge of SAP and Acomba- an asset.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Good level of bilingualism – especially oral.

Salary: 35,000$ to 40,000$ based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule: Day / 8:30am to 4:30pm / 37.5 hours per week.

Status: Permanent
