Our client is a transport company in Dorval and is seeking a self-efficient person to fill a clerk position.

Administrative tasks:

  • Enter data and update the information in the computer system.
  • Write reports.
  • Receive and handle customer calls.
  • Fill out claim forms.
  • Solve claim-related problems (missing merchandise).
  • Handle emails and do follow ups.
  • Do research in the warehouse.
  • Contact shippers.
  • Carry out any other tasks required for the position.

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Being comfortable working in a computer-based environment.
  • Good level of bilingualism.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Knowledge of AS 400 (an asset).

Salary: 15$ to 17$ per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Day / 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Status: Indefinite
