This sounds like a company you would fit in? Well, we are currently looking for a versatile Recruitment office clerk for our New Westminster’s office! The main responsibilities would be to support the consultants with the recruitment, greet candidates, carry-on some administrative tasks and make sure all urgent needs are taken care of promptly. We are looking for someone who wants to learn and is motivated to move-up in the company.

Tasks:

  • Take and direct the calls;
  • Greet candidates, direct them to register and then to the consultants for interviews;
  • Administer tests, correct them and enter the results in the system;
  • Sort and select CVs;
  • Call potential candidates and screen them ;
  • Set appointments for interviews;
  • Conduct interviews;
  • Check employment references (when needed);
  • Drive our candidates to our clients’;
  • Perform all other related duties.

Requirements:

  • High school or professional diploma;
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or recruitment;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Driver’s License (Class 5) & vehicle.

Salary: To be discussed

Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday
