Main tasks: 

• Recruit and select staff for all types of industrial positions and jobs;
• Prepare and complete candidates’ files (references, pre-employment references, etc.);
• Visit clients to find the ideal candidate;
• Manage clients’ potential portfolio;
• Be part in job fairs, if needed;
• Find solutions to attract the best candidates;
• Be an expert in your field;
• Write ads for job openings and use social media to promote them;
• Any other similar tasks required for the position.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or Vocational Studies Diploma in skilled trades, an asset.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the industrial field and/or in customer service.
• Have access to a vehicle.
• Have a good driving record – proof will be required.
• Good availability to move in the metropolitan area.
• Bilingualism (spoken French and English).

Salary: Base salary + bonus

Schedule: Day / Full time

Status: Permanent
