We are looking for a recruitment consultant to join the team of the industrial placement department team!

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct interviews in the industrial field (high volume).
• Perform data entry in the candidates’ files.
• Search for candidates in our data base.
• Ensure to always have a candidate bank available for the weekend.
• Follow-up on clients and on candidates about their position.
• Accompany (drive) our candidates (if necessary).
• Any other similar tasks.

Requirements:

• High school diploma completed.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or customer service.
• Experience in a job in the industrial sector, an asset.
• Good level of bilingualism.
• Access to a vehicle.
• Good driving record – proof will be required.

Salary: Salary to be discussed + social benefits.

Schedule: Full time, day shift.

Status: Permanent.
