Our client is located close to the Montreal airport and is currently looking for a perfectly bilingual and a multi-skilled person to fill this role and quickly join their recruitment team.

Administrative tasks:

• Greet and handle candidates;
• Do a first interview by telephone;
• Calls selected candidates for an interview;
• Evaluate the candidates met (valid documents, driver’s license, passports, etc.);
• Keep the qualified candidates bank up to date;
• Present selected profiles to the manager and to the clients;
• Negotiate payment rates;
• Any other related tasks required for the position.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in the recruitment or sales sector or in a similar position.
• Experience in the mass recruitment field – an asset.
• Good knowledge in MS Office.
• Excellent level of bilingualism- Essential.
• Must be available to occasionally work from home on evenings and weekends.

Salary: 40 000$ per year.
