Bedard Resources is hiring for their Montreal office. Join a dynamic team in the industrial placement department!

Responsibilities: 

• Conduct interviews in the industrial field (high volume).
• Perform data entry in the candidates’ files.
• Search for candidates in our data base.
• Manage employees (absence, presence, vacation) and clients’ accounts.
• Follow up with clients to be aware of their recruitment needs.
• Make regularly scheduled visits to the clients.
• Create a trusting relation with candidates and clients.
• Follow up on occupational health and safety.
• Accompany (drive) our candidates (if necessary).
• Any other similar tasks.

Requirements:

• High school diploma completed.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in management, sales or customer service.
• Experience in a job in the industrial sector, an asset.
• Good level of bilingualism, both spoken and written.
• Access to a vehicle and have a good driving record – proof will be required.

Salary: Competitive base salary with an interesting bonus + Social benefits.

Schedule: Day shift, full time.

Status: Permanent.
